Any problems upgrading to Deluxe?

I have a ressie for AKL in March with regular DDP and I want to upgrade to DxDDP - but when I check online for the price - the room selections I currently have become unavailable as soon as I select the deluxe plan.
I know I can just call and ask but does anyone know if they will let me upgrade or is it based on a predetermined # of plans per room category, etc?

I upgraded from regular DDP to DxDDP myself. I did it by phone. I don't think there is any limit.
