Any problems renting from Alamo at Tampa Airport?

We got a great rate from Alamo from the Tampa Airport but I'm a little worried about them being offsite and us having to ride a shuttle to their location. We will be with our three young children and a week's worth of luggage so I want to make sure this process is as easy as possilbe Any feedback?? Thanks!!

We didn't rent at Tampa, but returned our car there. It wasn't bad at all. The shuttle came quickly, the driver helped with everyone's luggage. I would use Alamo again in a heartbeat, as well as Tampa Intnl...love this airport!!!

Rented from TPA Alamo, returned to MCO.

Pickup was fast walked out of Baggabe claim omto a shuttle and were at agency in 5 minutes. Got to choose own car and the only delay was slow handling at the counter . No *********** is not really available here.

Don't worry - quick pick up and employees extremely helpful and freindly.

Alamo not right across from the terminals in TPA, but it's still within the confines of the airport. We flew in and out of TPA for our trip a few weeks ago. When the plane landed DW went to get the car and returned in about 20 minutes via the shuttle. When we returned the car we all went to the Alamo location and took the shuttle with our luggage to the terminal. Everything was a piece of cake. Would do it again.

We flew into Tampa on Friday and loved our experience. The shuttle was available when we walked out( it was pouring the rain) and we went to the rental office. There was no one in the rental office and we were able to pick up the car and be on our way in a matter of minutes. The real slow down for us was the inside play area. After hours in flight it was a nice release for the kids before having to get in the car again. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
