I would probably just go redeem the voucher and get the passes before checking in. If they choose not to accept your voucher then you may have to pay rack rate.

We checked in to AKL on Nov 15, checked out on Nov 20 and was never asked to show our APs or vouchers.

our AP at POR at check in, in early Nov for the very first time in 3 trips, 6 resorts.......we had it ready to show that we qualified for the discount.
