Probably not BUT not impossible IF you had ever loaded your photo pass cards onto your Photopass account. I have had had dozens of trips over the years and a few times I was not as good about not letting my photos expire before I ordered my CD ( back when you could purchase extensions). I have had PHENOMENAL people at Photopass assist me and they always recovered my photos. That being said it was not as long as 8 months, such as your trip. HOWEVER what did happen one time was when they retrieved my lost photos from say 60 days prior about 300 photos from over TWO YEARS prior also reappeared!!!! That stunned me. As a result I have the photos from that trip on the original CD and the CD of my other trip that happened almost 3years later.
So I'm so very sad to say that your photos are probably gone BUT just maybe if you once upon a time loaded them onto your Photopass account (or My Disney Experience) you may have a mini miracle!!! It's completely worth a shot. I always emailed via the Photopass website contact link for missing photos. Explain what happened, maybe the person on the other end will go the extra mile IF there is any possibility.
