I started over yesterday and already cheated... I had a bowl of popcorn and a diet coke...
but today I ate what I was suppose to eat and drank my 12 glasses of water... so I'm still on track and I don't feel hungry either... so lets hope it continues... my first cheat free day is hard to get but once I get it... I'm fine... I also bought a tae boe dvd and I looked at it and it looks do-able, so tomorrow morning I'm setting my alarm clock early and will do at least 20 min of it.... See you all tomorrow for a brief description of my evening and morning exercice... ha!

Yeah! Down 1 lb so far - how is everyone else doing? 
This much I know...losing the weight is one thing...keeping it off is much harder!
, I'm happy and will continue the loss, (only 4 months until my trip ha!) I'm also on the 6 week body makeover and it's works, all I have to do is stick to it. 
I want to be down at least 40 pounds by my next trip to Disney. ha!
