Any other WISHers starting over again?

I started over yesterday and already cheated... I had a bowl of popcorn and a diet coke... but today I ate what I was suppose to eat and drank my 12 glasses of water... so I'm still on track and I don't feel hungry either... so lets hope it continues... my first cheat free day is hard to get but once I get it... I'm fine... I also bought a tae boe dvd and I looked at it and it looks do-able, so tomorrow morning I'm setting my alarm clock early and will do at least 20 min of it.... See you all tomorrow for a brief description of my evening and morning exercice... ha!

I lost 25 pounds almost 3 years ago...and said I would never let myself get that heavy again. Well....I slacked off on the exercising and was careless with the diet, and most of it came back! So...I am writing down what I eat, trying to follow the Body for Life for Women eating plan of 5-6 small meals a day, and trying to do better with exercise. I'd like to be minus 20-25 pounds by the time I return to WDW Oct. 10th, and maybe I can even get back to where I was before I was pregnant with child #3 by my birthday in April - which would require an additional 20-25 pounds off. :) This much I know...losing the weight is one thing...keeping it off is much harder!

Hi everyone. I'm another "fell off the wagon" ... I lost 38 lbs 2-3 years ago, while I was in training for the 2005 Disney 1/2 Marathon. I was motivated, and was here on WISH daily to get and lend support to others. We had some serious family issues that started shortly after the 1/2, and I just totally lost all of my motivation, and I stopped making time for me to exercise, power-walking, whatever. I've gained back 26.5 lbs and I'm very close to hitting 200 lbs again ... I remember how great I felt when I first started and got to "onederland" ... I vowed then that I would never be that heavy again, and I could very well be if I don't do something NOW. :guilty:

I think I posted on a thread earlier this year and said I'd start again ... I guess I'd better really mean it this time! So, I'm IN ... anyone else care to join us??? :goodvibes

Time to refill my water now ... see you all soon!

I'm starting again. I stopped exercising altogether and stopped watching what I eat. I've been really bad about it for months now. I've decided that I've had enough and want to get healthy again.

It's nice to know that you're not alone. Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi  guys...

I was thrown for a bit of a loop this weekend and needless to say my WW days are over for now. I am Pregnant!! I am so excited, but cautious as it's very early!! I am still eating healthy and using WW philosophy but just not counting my points!!!

Good Lucks guys...I'll be back in about 10 months! :)

Hi Lisa!

I remember reading about your weight loss successes in the SBD thread. It is SO motivating! I lost 32 lbs. on SBD last year before DH and I took an October cruise (15th wedding anniversary trip for us). On the cruise I had the "what the heck" mentality, and got off the beach, and well, I never really got back on it! So.....<sigh>....I gained the 32 lbs. back, and now I'm on SBD again and I've lost 12 lbs so far. I'm so psyched!

I wish you'd come back and post in the SBD thread again if you feel like it, because your posts were one reason I was so successful last year. :goodvibes

 Lisa ~ I'm missed you on the Wish board.

Lisa my dear friend,

I too have fallen temporarily off the wagon. I did good up until my vacation at the beginning of July. I even lost what I gained on that vacation prior to going on my Disney trip the end of July. I gained about 11 pounds from that 17 day trip. Needless to say I haven't lost that weight and I'm going to visit my mom this weekend in Vegas.

Starting next Wednesday, I'm hopping back on the wagon and hitting WISH full speed ahead.

I promise I'll PM you after I get back!

Hi  I have been lurking for awhile and I have not started to journal yet
just offering my support to others. I tried to lose weight 4yrs ago after husband died and I went all gung ho dieted and joined Gold's gym I lost 25lbs
but because I was so crazy with the exercise I blew my knee out and was laid up for three months' that's when I fell off the wagon. Last month I once again have to decided to take my life back and get healthy I have been watching what I eat and I rejoined Gold's but I am taking it slow so far I have lost 15lbs want to lose about 80lbs. Thanks for asking me to join

I lost about 25 lbs. almost 3 years ago for BIL's wedding. After the wedding, I kept it off for a bit, but then DH went on medical and was off work for almost 2 years total, and my diet and exercise went right out the window. :rolleyes1

Started again on Monday and am hoping to not fall off that wagon again. I haven't weighed myself yet (couldn't bring myself to step on the scale yet) but will on Monday, then weigh in every Monday to check progress. I am just cutting back on portions (my downfall), cutting down on the junk/fried foods, cutting back on all the pop I've been drinking, and adding some exercise in. That is what works best for me. I also need to start journaling, as that has helped me in the past.

DMickey, congrats on the pregnancy. That is wonderful news!!! :yay:
