Any other marathoners at OKW?

Hi Mike! I really can't give you directions on walking to the start although I know some do it. Personally I'd end up lost and at Universal Studios if let to my own internal gps I get on one of the 1st buses and just hang out at the staging. I'm so tied up with nerves that to sit at the resort doesn't do me any good. I need to be there so at least one less worry.

Dh and I will be in OKW as well, checking in on friday after a week at SSR. He is running the Full. This is his first full marathon. We are both excited to go. I just now found the wish event board.

Welcome Julianna!!!! Hope your DH's training and taper is going well I have a WISH bag that I hope to be using during our entire stay at OKW so say hello if you spot it/me

Mike like others have said you can walk over but I woudl save it for the race. Grab the bus get their early get in line for the porta potty, meet folks, look for lime Green or bright orange shirts, good folks wear them. introduce yourself etc etc the hit the porta potta again.

Weather sounds like it will be cool so we bring trash bags and wear a toss away shirt that we dump at the start of the race, they are donated by Disney after they are collected up.

We get in on the 7th, expo on 8th, then three days of races, then on the 4th day we rest, LOL nahhh were at WDW we got lots of stuff to do and see......

DH and I will be at the bus stop both mornings. Bright eyed and ready to go! Ok, maybe not bright eyed....that is awfully early and coffee can only do so much.

Getting real close now! Can't wait to see everyone.
