I am 11 DPO today. So, I figure I will test again tomorrow morning right when I get up, and see how that one looks. I am still not getting 100% excited, since there are still so many variables. But - I feel like I am an expert at seeing BFN's - and this definetly looks different!!! Also, my bbs have been absolutely killing me this past week - so that has been different, and a good sign too!

My period is supposed to start Sunday. I've felt odd the last few days, especially this morning. I've been having these weird muscle pains on my left side, almost like period cramps...but nothing has started. Has anyone had those before their cycle is supposed to start?

I'm not going to buy any tests. I'm too scared. I really am.

Desnik...I'm so sorry. You are definitely welcome here! When I first started posting, I also felt like maybe I shouldn't be because I wasn't undergoing treatments, etc. I also feel guilty sometimes since I already have a DS. But everyone has been so great. I stopped BCP back in June and still no pregnancy. First few months we didn't *really* try. I just started temping this month and trying to figure all of that out. lol! The past two months with BFN's have been really hard, so I figure temping makes me at least feel like I'm doing something about it.

Stephanie...Good luck!! I know exactly how you feel. If you decide to test, let us know. Don't know what to say about your cramps. I've over analyzed so many "symptoms" the past couple of months...I try not to think about them so I don't get disappointed.

Kelly, the really sore bbs is a really good sign to me. I had that probably days after conception. I didn't feel too much else different, though instead of cramps I had tugging and pulling in my lower pelvis. My fingers are crossed for you!

Steph, I so know how you feel! I waited 1.5 days before I allowed myself to test. The slight cramps/pulling I felt I had convinced myself that they were PMS cramps. I do always get bad PMS crampings before my period, so I could say it goes either way. I remember your history though, and I have been told that you are very fertile afterwards. Good luck either way!

Ok....so I couldn't help it, and took a HPT tonight....and I think it is a BFP!!!!

There is a very faint line, but it is there!!! I drove over to show my girlfriend who lives down the street - and she saw it too!!

I am now just crossing my fingers that it is for real - not a chemical pregnancy - and that if it is real, the baby sticks!!!

I will say that the girls are a little more tender, but I don't know if that's because of the impending AF or not. Sheesh. Can't it be Sunday yet so I know?

Steph, I couldn't help but crack a smile when I read your post. I so know that feeling. My PMS symptoms are awfully close to the symptoms I had while pregnant... though bbs were significantly more sore and the cramping was less than usual. It was still so close that I can only say this kind of thing looking back on it all (if that makes sense). I was convinced AF was going to show up. I hope you can keep yourself busy between now and Sunday

Ash, that totally cracked me up! I hear ya - I'd be POAS every stinking day if I had the tests here. I have deliberately NOT bought them (I can't even go down the isle at the store) to try and keep myself from going test-crazy. If I'm not using a pregnancy test, it's the OPK's. I think POAS has become part of my daily routine! Maybe we could form the "Pregnancy Test Addicts Annonymous" club - PTAA. "Hi, I'm Bethany, and I'm addicted to peeing on a stick."

Thank you all for welcoming me back and putting me at ease to post here. This is such a great thread and support system! Unfortunately this last miscarriage wasn't my first so this time if/when I get pregnant I will be closely monitored. I just can't believe that if I conceive it will be my 5th pregnancy!

Kelly, congrats! I just wanted to add that even a faint line is a line! For all my pregnancies I took the HPT early and all had faint lines. When I tested again a few days later it was a darker line.

I have a "pee cup", too, and we almost had one of those situations at our house...

DH has been swearing all along that he doesn't want to know what is going on with my cycle - just put on the brown bikini when I want to BD and let him know if I get a BFP. So I've kept the Pee Cup and the OPK's in my "period box" next to the toilet. Well DH somehow or another found the Pee Cup and put it on the sink. He thought the cats had knocked it off the counter or something. I saw it there and almost died. I asked him if he'd used it for anything, and he said no, he thought it was my "rinse cup". I then had to break it to him that it was used for pee...poor DH freaked out. I thought he was going to have a heart attack!

Well, I took another HPT this morning, and it was still a faint line - but a line (12 DPO today)! DH is still not convinced I am pg - he insists that the test should look like the example on the box! I told him that as long as there is a line, it is a BFP. He is excited, but I think he is nervous that we will get all excited, and then it will be all for none.

I am going to go out and buy another test today to take on Saturday. I figure by then (14 DPO), I should have a darker line, right? Should I get a digital? I feel like I am addicted to seeing the line, though!

LOL! Ash, that is too funny!! I also can't have HPT's in the house otherwise I use them!

My temp spiked yesterday morning to about 97.5, but this morning is back to 97.0, which is where it seems to hang out most of the time, so I'm not sure what that means. This is CD19 for me. After O, my temp should stay up right? This charting thing is becoming almost an obession! I take my temp and then sleep a little longer, but the entire time I'm wondering what my temp is and how it'll make my chart look!

Y'all have me laughing at hte pee cup stories!!! I think I am glad I have not been to a dollar store in years. When you buy full priced tests, you don't seem to use them as much

Kelly, what brand are you using? I used a non-digital only once and decided I hated it. Even when very pregnant it only showed a faint line I used a digital before when I was about 1.5 days late pregnant and less than 10 seconds later I got my positive.

Skuttle, no ideas on the temp spike here. I tried charting temps once and realized that my bp dropping causing me to get cold (if it is cold out) was affecting it poorly. My drop in temp doesn't mess with my body, other than my temp dropping, but it made charting impossible for me (some times I can wake up with a temp of 95 or 96 instead of right around 97).

Kelly- congratulations! I believe you have a bun! How many cycles is this for you now?

I have 26 day cycles every month, but was 2 days late this month for whatever reason. Yesterday was a bfn, this a.m. was a bfn, then later this morning I got the smear on the toilet paper. Sorry if too much info.! We leave for Disney tomorrow, and at least I can drink, huh? Since my cycle was longer this month, I probably missed my o day. I'm going to buy an opk for next month. My night job sucks when it comes to ttc! I feel I've missed many opportunities b/c of it! Off to the magical world of Disney tomorrow, hopefully that will get me over this!
