Ny doctor told my husband that everything was a LOT worse than he had thought. I have 4 incisions on my stomach/bikini area. He told him that I had polyps and fibroids that had to be removed; I have (had) endometriosis; scar tissue was completely blocking a tube, and the tube was filled with blood (so now I know why I've had so much pain).
Surgery started at 3, I wasn't out until 6:45. I had a really hard time waking up, and they eventually gave me morphine for pain. I finally left the hospital at 11:00.
I am exhausted and in a lot of pain. Dr. Hill and the nurses all said that they are not sure I will be up enough to come back to work Monday, so I need to take it VERY easy. The She-Ra part of me wants to come back, but the pain threshold is very, very low.
Just wanted to update you girls. I have bruises all over my stomach and arm, and I was so tired and just wanted to go home at the end of the night, so I started crying when one nurse told me I HAD to pee before I could leave. It took me an hour to do so
My doctor also wants me to wait 2-3 cycles before trying to get pregnant. Hopefully, this is time I'll be able to.
Have a great morning, girls
