Any other Canadian DISers waiting on Free Dining package vouchers?

Hi All!

Im waiting anxiously for my Free Dining package vouchers to come. My Free Dining dates are Sept 2nd - 9th, but im actually leaving for WDW on Aug 25th (we have 8 nights booked at the Poly using that 40% off postcard code....and 7 nights at CSR using Free Dining).

Has anyone here in Canada received their package vouchers yet? I'm getting a bit concerned.

I've never heard for vouchers for free dining. Last year when we were down for free dining all information was on our room card so there was no need for vouchers.

I wasn't talking about vouchers for the Dining Plan, sorry for any confusion that way. I did Free Dining last year as well. What I'm talking about are the package vouchers...There is one for your hotel, one for $15 off planet hollywood, one for a free round on mini golf and luggage tags. You need the hotel voucher in order to check in. Typically these arrive 5 weeks before your departure date, but im now at 4 weeks before my departure and still have no received them.

We just received ours last Wednesday - so at 3 1/2 weeks before trip. We got our ME tags a few weeks before.

If they don't come before you leave make sure to bring your confirmation letters - as long as you have the confirmation #s all will be fine at check-in and they can give you the vouchers then.

I just received my package on Friday (Aug 3). We are at the world Aug 25 - Sept 2. Free dining starting on Aug 26.

I received 4 luggage tags, 1 mini golf voucher, $15 off Planet Hollywood and sea raycers voucher.

I got mine about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and we check in on Aug 22nd. We got the free dining as part of the bounceback program, so we're probably one of the earlier groups of people checking in for free dining. I'm sure you'll be fine.

We leave the 1st and have nothing yet. I kind of thought they would come last week. Hopefully this week

We are actually doing 2 packages with disney, One we paid for the Dining plan (Arriving August 19th) and the other with free dining (August 26th). We received both packages. The first one about a week ago and the last on was this past Wednesday. We booked ours through CAA.

Disney actually says to expect the docs 3 weeks prior to departure. this past week I received docs for clients travelling 26Aug....you should see yours towards the end of this week, early next.

Still waiting for ours too...We are there Sept 2-10 but are leaving on the 28th of August to drive down and then have a day at Seaworld and one at Universal. So hopefully this week or next.

You do NOT need the vouchers to check-in. Of course they are ALWAYS handy in case of a problem, you do not 'need' them to check-in.

I would think if push comes to shove, the Disney Reservations Center could email your confirmation information directly and then you could be supplied the remaining vouchers at check-in somehow.

Have to agree with Canadian Guy. You really don't need those documents. Mine were very late arriving last year - I called them and they told me that even if they didn't arrive (they eventually did) it was no problem. I would receive everything upon check-in.

I'm also from Oakville and will be arriving at WDW on Aug. 25. We're driving though, I was to slow on booking a flight and now it's too expensive for my dates. But we would have been flying from Buffalo.

Got them today for September 1st departure! Seems they were printed on July 22nd. Either they waited quite a bit to send them, or mail is sloooow.
