Any opportunities I may have missed to save money on our yearly trip?

We bought our YES tickets today We are going in September, Booked into a 2 bedroom villa at BWV through DVC rental points(there are 7 of us going) which is paid in full. Based on my calculation using the Disney Reservations site, we saved about $5k and that is factoring in free dining. I also plan to buy Disney Gift Cards from Kroger to pay for incidental charges while we are there which will result in Kroger fuel points for up to $1 off each gallon of gas. I plan to buy my gift cards using my Disney Visa. Any opportunities I may have missed to save money on our yearly trip?

Are you adding the dining plan to your DVC reservation or will you be paying OOP for your meals?

How about airfare, a rental car or gasoline for driving to Disney?

Will you grocery shop when you get there? Or eat offsite?

There are a few more ways to cut the budget (like checking the online ad for the grocery store you'll be shopping at, buying 1/2 price GCs for offsite restaurants and using tracking websites to get low airfare).
