Any opinions on tonight's Sopranos? (spoilers)

Great bit of acting by the cast tonight, especially Christopher. It really got to me me when he was moaning "What are we gonna doooo!!!"

I agree, that scene really got to me!

I think this season will end the way season 1 ended.
The start of a gang war

Season one was Tony vs Unlce Junior (where has he been???), and the last show had them on a killing spree

Cabmom, I think that when Christopher was looking at that family with the kids and the junky car he was imagining his life outside the "family". You see him looking at his $$$$ Hummer, then looking at them (what were they driving, an old Chevy Citation! Remember those?!) I think he was thinking he is better off the way his life is than the way it would be on the "outside".

I totally agree with this. That slimeball would rather have his fiancee killed than live without his precious Hummer. Of course, he could have gone back to her and warned her to leave. However, we all know she is doing the Joey show so that wouldn't have worked. ;)

Man OH Man!

You were not kidding when you said Spoliers! You should have seen my mouth drop 10 feet when I read Adriana got whacked!

Can't wait to see it tonight!

I think last night was the best Sopranos episode EVER. It was brilliantly acted and there were alot of surprises. Especially in comparison with the week before - the weird/useless episode. I wonder how many people didn't watch last night after that stupid episode.

They'll be sorry if they miss it.;)

AHHHHH our power was out and then our cable was out last night so we missed it!! Thank goodness for on-demand, we will watch it tonight! I am just glad to know this weeks is better than last weeks was.

Yours was out too? It was AWFUL! We got Sopranos on Tivo but missed the last few minutes and totally missed Deadwood. Thank goodness for on-demand is right! I JUST came home from work and the street went black as I drove through...it was freaky. Are you in Fishers or did other areas go out as well?

the episode was titled "long term parking" :teeth:

Very appropriate.:D

Although I'll miss Adrianna. I got a kick out of her high maintenance lifestyle - I guess Chrissy will have to find another HM chick.;)

After the finale...isn't it over forever??

One more season (or so they say). They said they were stopping at 5, but now there's going to be a 6. Who knows with them?

We live in Anderson. My DD came home from school sick today and I took a 1/2 day at work so I watched it while she slept. It seems like the area from Zionsville to Anderson and everything in-between is really getting pounded this spring by storms.

This was a great episode, but I was amazed it took this long to kill her. I didn't get into watching Sopranos and Deadwood until this season.

There is going to be another season, but how long are they going to make us wait for the next one? Another year and a half...maybe two?

They say the next season will only be 6 to 8 episodes, David Chase (the creator) couldn't finish off all the story lines at the end of this season so they're bring back a shortened season next. It supposedly doesn't start to next fall.

As for last nights episode, anyone notice The Godfather scene where Tony is out behind his house smoking a cigar and thinking about what to do about Tony B. The flashbacks and stuff reminded me of Michael in Godfather II. Very cool.

I was shocked about Adrianna but she got what was coming too her, she never was bright anyway. ;) I just love these characters and the evil they have in them. I say bring on the war and lets kill off some characters! Start with Paulie just because he annoys me. Then Johnny Sac because he's more arrogant than I am. :)

If they took her out, nobody is safe! I thought she was related to Pauly somehow?

Adriana was related to the Apriles, none of whom have a very good track record when it comes to staying alive on this show:teeth:

This was an excellent episode, perhaps second only to Pine Barrens.

It cracked me up (being from NJ originally) when at the beginning of the episode Tony asks Christopher where he's been and he says "The highway's jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive." with Silvio (Little Steven) sitting right there. That was great.

The acting was just terrific last night, specifically Michael Imperioli and Drea de Matteo. The scene where Ade tells Chrissy she's been working with the feds was just fabulous. I literally was on the edge of my seat while I was watching it.

I went back and watched some of the 1-4 seasons and man this one was GREAT! IT's all falling into place..what a very well done show...great writing, acting..etc....what are we going to do once its all over.

Jungle Josh:cool:

When Christopher walked in and said that it took me a minute to place it, then I figured it out! ::yes::

The next season isn't going to start filming until spring of 2005 so there is a long wait. A friend of mine is on the show and that is what he has told us.

They're going to make us wait almost 2 years for only 6-8 episodes? That sucks!
