Any one stay at the THV after the podcast review?

So, my obsessive planning for our too far off vacation is hitting it's highest now...probably because my maternity leave is up and I need something to distract me from work

If you had to choose, would you do a regular 2-bedroom at DVC or would you try the THV?? I need a "default" location in case there is no availability for what we want at the 7-month window. There will be the a total of 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 1 and 3....yeah, we're crazy....) for two weeks.

The podcast review gave me the impression that although the THV have 3 bedrooms, they are just kind of cramped. And with staying with my inlaws, cramped is not good....but the 3 bedrooms is such a plus...

Also, if we want to take the boys to a playground, etc, will we have to chug it over to SSR? We rent a car, so transportation with the buses, etc isn't an issue, but just wanted to see if any of you have insight to add to the review on the podcast.

Hey, it's only 13 months until my vacation and it's not too early to plan!

Just got back yesterday from a stay at the THV with 8 of us (6 adults and 2 children ages 12 & 9) and everybody absolutely loved it. They are beautiful and I like the feeling of isolation. If you watch a lot of TV together then the family room will be cramped, but if you're on the run most of the time then who cares? All the rooms have their own tv's.
