I have been calling and calling since 7 am to make PS and the lines say it is too busy, call back later.

anyone else having a problem. I really want to get through for my 45-60 min wait.

I've been on hold for about 15 minutes..again....of course that's after the first try when i got on an elavator and dropped the call after 20 minutes...

I would imagine they're getting innudated with calls looking for storm updates as well as cancellations.

my cell phone won't likely last that long. I'll just try back later. I've already been up all night working on computer issues at the office.

In my opinion you should give up on trying to make a PS for today, the lines are probably very busy with people trying to get hurricane updates and cancelling their rooms for this weekend. People that already have reservations want to find out about cancelling their rooms and the policies with that......... I know that sounds harsh but I think that is much more important than wanting to make a reservation for something to eat 90 days from now
I was going to call like I do every morning to find out about adding a discount to my ressies but decided against it since from all the news this hurricane stuff is really serious.

I called at 7 am sharp. Was on hold for 2 1/2 hours and ended up completing my CP request in less than 3 minutes. Why so long? I thought the dining was supposed to be it's own thing but it appears all CRO and dining are together and they alternate--good for Disney perhaps in cost savings but bad for us waiting on the phone that long. . .

Candlelight Processional packages also went on sale this morning.

Keep in mind that Disney is within two days of a major Category 4 hurricane that seems to be aimed directly at Central Florida. CRO may be a little short-staffed as the people who work there try to get their homes boarded up and their families safe.
