Any nursing mommies doing south beach or any "good carb" diet plan?

I am! Been doing it for about 3 weeks now. (Although - I kind of take the weekends off :rolleyes1 )

I have lost 8 lbs so far - but I still have 20 to go. I don't really have too many tips, but I do recommend the "South Beach Taste of Summer Cookbook." There are some good recipes in there. Also - I have been eating a bowl of All-Bran Extra Fiber with blueberries or strawberries each morning, and that seems to be helping quite a bit.
