I wouldn’t bank on park hopping returning on 1/1. Think of that date as a placeholder right now. The water park thing was different. They made an official announcement and then made the change to ticketing. Park hopping has always been available as of 1/1, but I don’t think any of us (well maybe a few people) think it will be back by then. They’ll just do the refund dance again after the new year.
