Any news about Holiday Inn DTD?

Just curious about the reopening date of the Holiday Inn DTD? I wonder if they will run any specials for the grand opening after the renovations?

I heard Spring of 06 but not sure which month. They've been closed for awhile so I would hope by the beginning of March. I can't believe that they would want to miss the Spring Break crowds.
