Any New Years Eve Activities at Art of Animation or Animal Kingdom Lodge??

On New Years Eve during the day we will be at Animal Kingdom park and then dinner at Boma. We are staying at Art of Animation. We have park hoppers and are hoping to go to EPCOT but I know it may reach capacity and we would not be able to go. Long time ago in a galaxy far far away - if you were staying on property you were guaranteed admission to any park. But I think thats long over. So ..... does the Resorts do anything special for NYE???? I tried to look into if Art of Animation does anything for NYE but haven't found anything. Looking for ideas. Thanks so much.

Usually, each resort has some kind of DJ dance party happening on New Year’s Eve. They post the info. at the resorts a few days before New Year’s.

We’ve never been, because when we’re at Disney this time of year, we’re at Epcot New Year’s Eve. I think you’ll be fine getting into Epcot. We always headed into Epcot in the evening on New years.

You have to go in the way back time machine for the last time Epcot had any sort of capacity closure, FWIW. Nothing is impossible, but it’s not a concern I would have for NYE at all.
