Any new updates /info for those of us booked on-site between 5/28 and 6/18?

Looks like we are staying with our plans, so I just called RPR to verify WWOHP access since we did book prior to 3/25. The agent could really only offer the advice that if we were eligible, we would receive info at check-in...so I emailed Guest Services. Like I said, we are sticking with our plans for the resort, but may not go into the parks if we definitely will not be allowed WWOHP access( we would rather save our 99 park tix for another trip)I know the operative word there is "definitely", and maybe they have to close off that area for big wig pre party during our dates, or anything like that...but just looking for any updated responses folks have gotten. I will post the response I (hopefully) get from my email...but plan to give it a few days I guess. If I hear sooner, sweet!

Just bumping this up to see if anyone has gotten any feedback from their resort, etc. since it is getting close to 5/28. I can't keep straight who was told what by whom....and I know it appears that no one will know until they are actually there...I am grasping at straws.

Hiya. I am in the same boat as you. At one point I was ready to sell my tickets and cancel my HRH reservations.
The family and I decided that since we were told so many times over the phone that yes, we are " getting in" we are risking the trip.
If we don't get in we will still have a good time BUT I will never go back to Universal. I have given them EVERY opportunity to let me cancel and rebook for July with " no hard feelings" . I was willing to book at higher room rates as long as I know that I would see WWOHP and I would not blame Universal at all...but instead would have been VERY thankful that they were upfront with me. I just wanted an honest answer to a valid question.

After giving my reservation this is what I was told..(She read me her script)

I am guaranteed entry. Entry WILL BE limited to certain hours ( meaning HP will only be open certain hours ) and will be limited to certain guests. If you go you will experience EVERYTHING. The goal is to have it all open during those hours. \
When you check in you are supposed to to tell the hotel that you are confirmed for the preview...and if you do not receive the " welcome info" via e-mail before ( which I think is for pkg. holders ) you will receive it at check in.
I did mention canceling ( again ) and she said no.." if I was you I would be so happy" . So there you go.

We booked our trip last year just hoping that Harry Potter would be open at the same time. We arrive two days b4 it opens on June 18th. I just called and was told that we will have early enrty into the WWOHP as soon as we arrive.

exactly what I was gong to ask....I am room only, also booked back in Feb on the PIN they sent out. Info sounds promising, but I am SOOOO leery of getting my hopes up! My DD's B-Day fallls on one of our days there, she would be so psyched to celebrate in at WWOHP!

Excellent! My stomach can hardly take this roller couater ride anymore, the highs (believing we can experience the WWoHP) and the lows (thinking of not getting into the wizarding world). We're not even there yet and I am dizzy!
Right now I am at the top of the highest hill on that rollercoaster ride!
