Any new DVC members receive new member cards & anniversary mailing?

We are new members - as of Dec 2015 (everything was recorded 11/23). We received our initial packet with the magnets and membership cards etc sometime mid December. We have not received any mailings about the 25th anniversary celebrations. I was wondering if there are any other brand new members who also have not received new cards or any other 25th mailings.

Oh and when does the spring disney files mail out? I know we can view it online but the family is excited to see it in print.

We are new members since October/November and we have just last week received our new cards. We also received the disney springs magazine last week.

There are plenty of old members that have yet to receive the mailing. We seem to get the "buy more points" mailings without delays or issue.

One thing is for sure, they generally do not appear to all arrive at the same time so I wouldn't worry too much. Must be some logic behind it
