I really need one.
I don't know why I have such lousy willpower. I don't know if it's because I don't have all that much to lose, 10 pounds to fit in my clothes comfortably, 25 to be where I really want to be, but I constantly fall off the wagon. I need help!!!! I'm going back to Weight Watchers tomorrow, haven't been for about two months. I lost 3 pounds the first week, and then gained 3 1/2 the second week, and that was after sticking to it and even walk/jogging 4 times that week. I was just so discouraged I gave up right away. We are going to Disney for a short trip May 13-18th, and I'd really love to be down my 10%, which would be about 15-18 pounds, depending on how much I weigh-in at tomorrow. Do you think that is feasible? We leave six weeks from tomorrow. I'm trying to figure out how many calories I have to cut/burn per day to reach that goal. I thought if I walk on the treadmill every day for 40 minutes, that's about 400 calories/day. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. I can't do Atkins, have a hard time cutting out carbs completely, but maybe I need to do WW with a low carb slant to it. Anyone have any suggestions?
