Any Issues for Canadians to Rent Out Points?

We are looking to buy into DVC and are considering buying a few more points than needed to rent out.

Have any Canadians rented their points and if so, can you accept Pay Pal as payment and is there anything we should be considering???

You never know what will happen to the rental market. I'd only buy the points I'd need.

I had no problem renting out points that I cannot use. Even rented to many fellow Canadians. But you never know what the rental market will be like down the road, if you look at the rental board, someone are dumping them for $8.00 /pts and at the same time people are renting them for 11-12 /pts. A lot depends on the luck and timing.
