I am interesting in hosting a swap for Universal Studios and SeaWorld with signup around early September and due mid to late October. I prefer to do an element swap as this would be my first to host and I'm most comfortable with that at the moment. I'd love to hear some ideas as to how to structure it as well - do we do rides/'lands' or just general by park?

Thanks!

Maria

If I'm organized and get my most recent trip scrapped, I'll have to sit this one out, as I have no Universal trips planned in the next few years. If I'm behind and still scrapping it, then I'll definitely join! I think for IOA groups for lands would be good, for US just for rides.

We haven't gone to either yet, but my sister took her family to Sea World last year while we were all at WDW. So I could scrap her photos for her.
Her DH did the Penguin interaction thing, so that could be a pretty cool element.

I have no advice on how to set up the sign ups, but I'll sign up as soon as you post them. :thumbsup2

I'm giving missdisney a hand in hosting but I have never been to either park before.

Come on Cricut people it will be a good excuse to buy the Oceans cart!!!!!!

Aww, you all know I'm never going to scrap my own stuff. The only way I get things done is for other people.

Well if Harry Potter makes and appearance in 2009 like they say then we will definitely be there! I would love to do Sea World I just need to plan, plan, plan. Maybe next time we are in FL.

I've never been to either YET but I plan to someday and I'll join.

I've never been to WDW and I've done WDW park swaps.

Never been on a cruise either but I've done cruise swaps..lol..

There is always SOMEDAY:rotfl: I will keep dreaming of going. When I finally do get there I will have some pretty sweet things to use

I'm interested in an IOA Group - I have a day planned there in September :D

I would sign up.

I haven't been yet but with 5 yo DS it is just a matter of time. I am thinking of going back to WDW in December so maybe then.:)

I would be interested in a general Sea World swap.
I wouldn't have a big need for many ride-specific elements since we don't do the big thrill rides with little ones.
We love Sea World. We've never been to Universal.

I would do a Seaworld swap as I still have pictures from there I haven't swapped and DH wants to go and I get in free so I think we will go sometime in the next year.

Sounds like there is definite interest - BAMB - can we put in on the calendar? I'm away labor day weekend so after that sometime is fine and then I think 6 weeks to do it?

Maybe we should do by park then - just one for Universal Studios one for Islands of Adventure and one for SeaWorld and do general elements? Seaworld is the most general so it might be easiest to keep them all general for the park?

Any thoughts? I'm pretty open to suggestions.

Same for me...we went last December (still not scrapped) and plan on a day in Sept this year.

I'd be in - we didn't do Seaworls but we'd definitely do it next time, and love US/IOA :goodvibes

Might as well have more supplies for holidays I haven't taken yet :lmao:
