Any information on Seasonal Pass black-out dates being lifted early again this year?

For the past two or three years, WDW has shortened the summer black-out dates to end a couple of weeks early, usually July 31, I believe. Have they done this again for this year? They had sent out a postcard in the past, but my mail is on hold, and I'm going to Orlando tomorrow before I get my mail delivery resumed, and won't know if there is a postcard in it. Can someone help? When I called last year to find out if the black out was going to be lifted, no one knew, even up to the day I received my postcard.
