Any info on city and dates for Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montanna Concert Tour?

Okay, I hate all the speculation so I actually sent a question through the "Help" page on Mileyworld.com.
Here is the official response, copied and pasted:

Hey,
Each member will be able to purchase 8 tickets. They can purchase at different venues, but ONLY 8 TOTAL (ex:2 at one venue, 3 at another)

Rock On!!

I hope this helps.:teeth:

Isn't the presale only online? How can you go to different venues? Can you use your number twice?

So, one person said it was 10:00 PST, and another said it was 10:00 Central... is the time to order tickets local time for the venue?

It sounds like you could use your presale code to buy tickets for different venues online. Like, if you wanted to buy 3 for Fort Worth and 3 for Oklahoma City. But the statement that you could buy up to 8 tickets altogether doesn't seem to be correct, since people are reporting a limit of 4. Unless the limit is 4 per venue, up to 8 altogether.

Tickets are on sale now...for CST zone. Limit is 4 tickets per city. You can buy 4 more to another city if you wish but you can only get 4 for your own city so only 4 people can attend total to one show.

Hope that makes sense.:confused3

You're absolutely right! I went to the source and they gave out wrong info.:headache:

Maybe not technically wrong, but incomplete and misleading. Notice that in her example (2 seats at one venue, 3 at the other) she didn't address the 4 per venue limit at all. Not good.

For St. Louis, I got 3 tickets in section 107 row J.

53.50 each +2.50 facility charge each + 10.25 convenience charge each=
Grand Total $202.35!

That's some b-day present for an 8 year old! I was concerned that she'd be jealous because we'll be at WDW around dd10's b-day, so this should take care of that problem!

I would have preferred 4 tickets she could invite a friend, but I could only get 3 together. We had 4 individual seats at the HSM concert in Jan, and I don't want to deal with that again, so at least I can take my own kids and we can sit together.

I also don't have to worry about getting them back for school on Fri. since it's just the 3 of us. DD8 is in a wedding on the 20th (that's why we can't do the Moline show instead), and the bride and groom happen to live near St. Louis, so maybe we can crash at their house that night and call our missed school day a wedding function!

Ok- three friends all had codes. At first the computer told everyone that it couldn't find requested seats. We copied and pasted the code and kept re-entering. The first person got through at 10:08 with section 117 row c for $75 each. The second person got through at 10:19 with section 115 row m for $64 each. The third person who is probably having to take a valium to calm down - got through several times with section 3xx- but we told her to keep trying for better seats ended up at 10:38 with section 107 row m for $72 each. Not sure how they are pricing these seats. We had the credit card info ready on ticket master prior to 10am.

Well, we got main floor and my DD is thrilled! First try, it said nothing available. Second try, it gave me upper bowl at 10:04am? So, I tried again and got section 108 lower bowl, BUT for whatever reason my credit card info didn't work! I've bought tickets for my dh and I without problems before, but it was a blessing in disguise! I had to do it all over again and got main floor and my DD was sitting next to me was freaking out! LOL! But I had to type all my credit card info, plus name and full address in under 3 mins! I did it though. But the more tries it took, the better the seats I got, weird!

Well I am happy to have tickets for my DD5, (me and Hubby too) But reallly reallly bummed about the location. I was too chicken to keep playing "next best available" I actually let floor seats go, I didn't know if DD5 could see from there? Now we are in the nose bleeds, in the far right, oh dear... I think she will still have fun, if we can see her... UGH.... I feel like Eeyore.

That is one of my concerns also. I don't think that my 6 year old dd would be able to see a thing from floor seats.

Did it allow you to select the level of tickets you wanted...or was it just "best available"?

At first I put in the highest dollar amount but not specific location for tickets, (that would have been smart though ;) and then I just did Best available, and I got the nose bleeds seats, but they were not the highest dollar amount... Hmmm how could they have been best avail? They probably weren't... But I was afraid to go again and not get tickets at all. I felt like I was playing a serious game of russian roulette!!! LMAO.:rotfl:

Please help for a young child who wants to go to the show.
Thanks!

People cannot really share the code b/c each code is unique to the fan club member. It can only be used to purchase 4 tickets. You can either pay to join the fan club or get a free membership by purchasing the CD (although my CD did not have the offer in it).

I'm not interested in floor seats at all. Unless you're in the front 2 or 3 rows you really can't see anything.

Well, i looked on ticketmaster this morning and Miley is not coming down to our area anywhere. Does anyone know how long her tour will last?
