I have been searching, but have not been able to find out the procedures for B2B cruisers on the UK staycation cruises. Trying to figure out if a B2B is worth it anymore if you have to leave the ship, go thru customs, be retested, and can’t reboard until later in the afternoon.

I realize the procedures on the UK cruises may not be repeated on the dream cruises. Just trying to get an idea of how things are currently being handled.

I read on a Facebook group that the BTB process was completely onboard, including testing, and they did not leave the ship at all.

I can’t wait to hear this too. We are eager for our next B2B

That would be amazing! We have a B2B on the dream next month.

I wouldn't assume the B2B will be the same in the US as for the UK staycations. Disney are having everyone do a Lateral Flow test in the UK and this was what people weren't sure would need to be done on or off the ship. They are however allowing people to do it on the ship in Keys before being moved to OGills to wait for the result and then they can carry on on the ship.
