I have two children, 7 &4, and we'll be at our hotel at Euston no earlier than 3pm- what can we do to amuse them? Nothing seems to be on at the cinema- unless you tell me different?

You could go to the British Museum or indeed anywhere like that if you can leave your luggage. You could go to Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, the list is endless! If you mean you just want to stay around Euston then I am more stumped.

There're sooo many things in London it's pure madness... Since you're staying quite central the British Museum is a good thing to visit. All the museums in London are free unless there's a special exibition. And it's a walking distance from Euston. Or you can hop on the tube and go to Oxford Street and get your Disney fix in the Disney Store;)

Covent Garden is great fun, there're always funny people entertaining the crowds and lovely little shops to look around. And yet another (just smaller) Disney Store.

And since me and my family love spening time outdoors we often go to the parks in Central London (we don't have a car and can't drive so only use public transport to get somewhere). Regents Park is just minutes away from Euston, a few bus stops away so maybe that's an idea for you if the weather is good. There're lots of playgrounds and duck ponds in the park. And London ZOO is in Regents Park but the tickets are quite expensive.

I can think of a lot more places but they're a little bit far from where you are but Im happy to share if you'd like me to:goodvibes

There's also the Natural History Museum ~ there's a brilliant dinosaur exhibition permanently on there.

Or a tour of London in one of the Duck Tours vehicles ~ we did this once and it's great fun. :thumbsup2

why dont you go and look round St Pancras itself thats our only regret when we went in january not having a look round the station itself.
