Any ideas of when 2013 fall passholder rates will be up?

Hi all, new to the board. Does anyone know when the 2013 passholder rates will be up? There is a 30% off rate listed but the room rates are much higher than the fl res rates and passholder rates. I had a bounce back offer from August but was unable to book prior to check out as we were unsure of schedule. Do they allow you to use it after check out?

I wish that they would allow bounce back later!! BUt I think that the key is to book before checkout!
