Any ideas for Sweet Sixteen Birthday at DL?

I'm looking for ideas to celebrate my niece's sweet sixteen birthday at our family Disneyland trip this November. We'll be staying the Grand Californian for a couple of days and we'll be a group of about 15 people, ages 2 to 65. Any suggestions of special things to do to mark the big event are appreciated.
