any idea for 4X4 inch squares from my no sew blankets?

I'm so not crafty, but I wanted to see if anyone had any simple ideas of what can be done with the 36 squares I have left from making my no sew fleece blankets for GAD/GAD (they are 4 inch squares). It seems like a waste to chuck them, just wondering if there's anything simple to do with them? If not I'll probably just hang on to them to start my random box of crap for when DS goes to school and has to make projects.

You ladies are super talented, I wish I could be like you!! I'm looking forward to picking your brains to help with my Nov trip!

You have me really curious about how you make a no sew blanket with 4 inch squares...

Could you make one side of a square pillow with them...then if you do sew you could pick a coordinating fabric for the back and use one large solid square or even two rectangles that over lap and leave an opening in the middle so that you could slide a square pillow inside and be able to easily take it out for washing. Hope that made sense. I love making pillows that way....especially for kids beds so that they are easily washable. It is how they make pillow shams. (I think that is what they are called).

Could you use them to make a no sew baby blanket? I'm not sure how many squares it would take.

The pieces that I'm talking about are the little squares you get when you cut them out of the corners of the fabric for the no sew fleece blankets so that you can cut the fringe.

I'm so glad to know I'm not crazy...I couldn't figure out how you would not sew 4inch squares of fabric. Hummmm...back to the drawing board.
