Any Hope ofr Poly Concierge Next Weekend?

I was able to get an AP rate for Poly 3 days and CR Tower 3 days starting next Sat, 4/10. But concierge wasn't available - I've called a few times since then and still no go. Should I just give up at this point and be happy I'm staying at the Poly and CR?

I would keep trying for the upgrade to concierge but would prepare myself for the likelihood it would not happen (especially as your trip is over Easter vacation and occupancy is sure to be high). That being said, when you check in, ask about paying for an upgrade at that time....you never know when pixie dust will kick in and a room become available. In any case, I am SURE you will have a terrific time!
