Any hope for a 5/25 waitlist (BCV)?

I'm on the waitlist for a 2 bedroom on 5/25. Is there any reason to keep checking/hoping it comes through? This is the Sunday before Memorial Day. I already have BWV booked for the day, so I'm ok there, but would like to avoid the move, if possible (since I'm having groceries delivered, plus renting a crib and toddler bed). Any thoughts?

When did you get on the waitlist? BCV is hard to get after 7 months for late May, early June.

Since the 7 month window. I booked at home - BWV - and tried to switch day by day at the 7 month window. I was able to switch all days but 5/25 (and waitlisted) - so now I'm at BWV first, and then switch. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice if possible. I'm thinking it's very unlikely though, esp. as it's getting really close to the 30 day window.

Call right up until you leave. A couple of years ago we were on a wait list for the BCV that didn't come through. One day before leaving we called and sure enough, we were able to switch into a 2BR for Columbus Day weekend (yes, F&W Festival time). Don't get your hopes up too high but don't give up hope either. You never know.
