Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

DH and I are checking in on 11/30. Was able to make all of my FP+ selections this AM! So excited to get there and use this system!

We are checking in on Nov 30th, too. I decided to try to make FP+ reservations tonight. It isn't easy to try and figure out what we want. and then it isn't easy to get them all at the times I wanted. But I did discover that it is a little easier to rearrange my times if I choose an option with times that aren't at all close to my desired time. Then it is easier to move them to the times I want. For example, if I want all my fp+'s in the morning I will choose an option that puts them in the evening. Then I get more flexibility to move them to the morning.

I'm choosing ETWB. I'm not sure if I'll be going by myself or if I can get DH to go with me. But I couldn't resist getting the fp.

I have a quick question. There is a day that I will be getting to the Magic Kingdom late and I do not need all 3 FP designated to me. Is there any way to choose just one? I don't want to reserve all three and knock someone else out of getting a FP when I won't even be using them all!

I couldn't find a way to choose less than 3 attractions for one of my days. I would just pick the other 2 at attractions that people would least likely want (like, say...Stitch's Great Escape, maybe)

Yes november 11th - 18th magic bands were available to customize as of September 26th. We are staying at fort wilderness cabins.

What a great idea. I may not need all three FPs on my final day (it will be our 3rd day at Epcot_ - I can switch my 3rd one to figment or something. I would hate to take away FP for something people wanted.

I do think they have been sending two sets for people who have split stays during the testing period, but it is my understanding you can use either one and they work the same so I would assume your one MB should be your AP, whether they decide to send you more or not.

Yes this is the case. CM said to get both sets and they can link the reservations to either one on site. She said keep the other as a souvenir.

And what the heck is up with no FP+ for POTC????
Thats much more important to me than alot of the others??

OK, I didn't see a November roll call, so I thought I'd start one. Anyone with a November trip have the ability to order MagicBands and schedule FastPass+? We are still about 20 days out from being able to check in. We are going late November and are hoping for FastPass+. We will be at SSR.

Who else is going in November and hoping to have MagicBands?

We are going Nov1 and when we checked our MDE, we were confirmed on FP+ and magic bands! We just booked the trip last week. Surprised we got in on the MB. So freakin excited!

I logged into my MDE account, clicked on Make FastPass+ Selections, and then five of our six days popped up with suggested parks that matched our ADR's. I had to click back to get Nov 30th, since it didn't show up at first.

I know that FP+ reservations are working well for most people, but I wanted to post an update on our situation. We have a 1 night RO reservation for ASMO the night before we check into a Windsor Hills Townhouse. At the 60 day mark I was able to book FP+ for our check in and out days, but not any of the days when we did not have a reservation. However, today is 60 days out from our next day (a day when we do not have any Disney Resort reservation) and that one day has now opened up. I expect that I will have each day open up at the 60 day mark.

The bad news for my family is that we are only planning to be in the parks in the mornings for the most part and the system is only giving me 1-2 FPs during the time when we will potentially be there. That is a minor complaint as I am sure that we are in the minority of visitors who only plan on 4 hours of park time each day. But at least I can book 1 headliner attraction that I don't have to worry about trying to get a legacy FP for or rushing to.

It is good news that you are getting the FP+'s for the extra days! As for the times... Have you tried to go in to the MDE and change the times for the ride/experience? I first took the times for each ride that they chose for us (I was so excited to get them! lol), then I went in and changed the times for each ride to more of our touring style. We got every time we wanted, so it worked really well for us. Good luck! Hope it works!

POTC is FINALLY available today for FP+ selection for me!!! YEAH!! Although now I am having trouble getting any times to show up around my ADR. I know someone posted how to get around this, but I can't book anything until 2 hours after ADR. Only messed me up on 2 of my 6 days. Also, I just find it hard to plan all of this. I am trying to think about not criss-crossing the park and not scheduling things like BTMRR right after a meal. So much to consider!!

I was considering cancelling all of my AK FP+ (since they close at 5 pm) and see if MSEP or Wishes opens up for me on that day (and that IS a day those two happen at MK, lol. Wed. Dec. 4). I've noticed on here that fantasmic, MSEP and wishes seem to show up late on MDE for selection for FP+, based on October's reporters. Thanks in advance. I'd love to FP+ either MSEP or Wishes....

I was able to do fantasmic on 11/30 and illuminations on 11/29(also had option for 12/6)

I had to cancel my existing and rebook all to see. When I tried to just change rnr to fantasmic it was not found

Thank you for this information. I did not know that I could do that. I have yet to make any FP+ reservations, I just saw that I could and did a test run on times. I will do that and work with the system.
I was going to at least be happy with 1, but if I can work in a second time with our schedule that would be awesome.

We arrive Nov. 30th and depart Dec. 8. I was able to make all of my FP+ reservations last night, including Fantasmic for Dec. 2.

I did have a problem, though! After I made all of our FP selections, I noticed my husband had disappeared from our reservations. My son, who is 2 was not there in the first place, but I didn't worry about that, since he is under 3.

I called Disney who referred me to a special FP+ phone number. I called that number and was told because my husband is a Jr. and my son is a III, the system didn't know what to do, and somehow they both got dropped off our entire reservation. Anyway, they are attempting to fix the problem, but I will have to go back in and manually add my husband back on to the FP selections. She told me to try in a couple of days and if I'm not able to do it online, I may have to call and do everything over the phone. So just an FYI for any Jr.s, Sr.s, IIIs and IVs!

Thanks. That's exactly what I was hoping for....I was able to secure a Fantasmic!, but no MSEP or Wishes. I'll just keep trying.

You sound like me! I was so excited to just get them I took whatever they wanted to give me! Then, I went back and adjusted times (and in some instances rides) and made them even better for us. I hope you are able to do that as well! Let us know!

Thanks for the heads up on POTC! Dropped JC and picked this one up.

Just an FYI on scheduling FP+. When I went in to switch the experience this morning, I clicked on the "Make FP+ Selections" in the right sidebar menu on the MDE home page. When my dates came up, all my FP+ were gone! So I canceled back to the home page. I scrolled down "My Plans" until the day I wanted, and my FP+ selections were still there. So I clicked the day from that page, and was able to make modifications no problem.

Moral of the MDE story is: if you don't get what you want or something is screwed up, try getting to it through a different path!
