Any good Side by Side double strollers under $100?

Are there any decent side by sides for under $100 that you'd recommend. We already have a sit n stand but I'm afraid that'll be cumbersome to get on and off busses (doesn't fold too well or compact) and to maneuver around in the world. Not to mention, the kids never seem very comfortable in it.

I may go with Orlando stroller rentals but if I can BUY one for around the same cost - why not?

Under $100 is going to be nearly impossible, unless you go with a Kolcraft, which I wouldn't do unless your kids are both under 25 lbs.

There are some fairly decent Chicco's for around $150, and if you try really hard you might find a Rock Star Esprit Sun or an Inglesina Twin Swift for slightly under $200.

Better brands are going to give you good resale value; you can usually turn around and get back 70% of your investment on Craigslist.

PS: There is a seller on Amazon selling a new Esprit Sun duo for $139 plus shipping.

shnoop.com just had the esprit duo in red for 99.99 and shipping was roughly 6.95 they have listed it a few times you may be able to email or call them to see if they have any left and you can get one.

You can get the Jeep Tandem side by side double stroller for $100 online at target or walmart. It's not very full featured-- just a double umbrella stroller. The seat fabric rolls up and there a mesh seat underneath if it's too hot or the kids are wet.

If you think you will still need a good stroller 2 yrs from now, consider the "pushability" of whatever you are looking at now for when the kids are bigger. Also, 2 singles may meet your needs less expensively.

Another good thought is to check out consignment stores or Craigs List for the higher end strollers that are easy to push and have higher weight limits for smaller price tag.
