Any good places to buy wine in Cozumel, Grand Cayman

Since I can re-stock up on wine and beer at Ports of call, does anyone know of any convenient places to buy some red wine and beer near the Ports in Cozumel and or Grand Cayman? Since these Ports are back to back for me, either place is fine.

I'm not sure about Grand Cayman, but there is a duty free store at the large shopping area at the port in Cozumel. Also, the Mega store near the port in Cozumel has booze.
