$75 is the cheapest I see for iPhone 5 cases? Is this possible ?!?

I would check eBay but be careful there are a lot of knock offs out there that look and sound like the real deal and are not! People buy them and use them underwater and they leak badly. They don't protect against drops.

I work at a job that sells them and its manufacture guidelines that they're not to be sold below retail. :(

I ordered one from Amazon for the iphone 4s for around $65. Using lifeproof's guidelines - make sure the item is by Lifeproof and fulfilled by Amazon. You can also call them when you get it to verify that it is a genuine Lifeproof case. The case has two serial #s - one on the front cover, one on the back. The two serial numbers should NOT match.

I also got mine off of Amazon and it was sold by Lifeproof. I got it for a iPhone 4 for $50.

They had a gift card with purchase at target a month or so ago.

I have a question about the life proof case. I have one but the sound quality is so terrible when talking on the phone. I've gone back to my otter box because it was so bad. I'm not happy with the otter box either because its so bulky. I like the life proof size.

Hmmm...I've heard that about the sound quality but I haven't noticed any decrease in quality.

I ordered mine from Verizon.

My kids have the life proof cases on their iPhone 5's and I just don't feel like they would protect them if they would drop them. They have a few friends who have had their iPhones crack even in the life proof case. I have a friend that it happened to also. They like the thin feel of it though. I hate that they have to take ip the case off all the time to listen to their beats. I think that's just asking for it. :rolleyes2

I really like the otter box better so my husband and I both use that kind. It feels better protected to me.

I bought their cases at Best Buy. I have seen them on ebay though. If you order one from there I would verify that it is real.

My daughter dropped her iPhone in the lake and it sat on the bottom of the lake for 20 minutes so I am pro life proof all the way!

My daughter just dropped her iPhone w/ a lifeproof case and the phone shattered to bits. :-( Honestly though, the way it landed there's no way the case could have protected it & we are still Team Lifeproof all the way.

I don't know of any deals but I can tell you it's worth every penny. Long story short Hubby joking promised our 10 year old an iphone if he blah blah blah. Well he did & so we had to buy one. I was questioning sturdy cases and the Sales Woman pulled it out of her pocket & threw it across the concrete floor. I nearly died!! So far our son hasn't done anything crazy like that. But I'm happy to know the phone would survive it. His only complaint is the case is boring. Just solid black.
My older son has an Ottorbox for his Samsung Galaxy 3. His only complaint was it doesn't fit tightly on the top anymore. I think from being stuffed in & out of his pocket. The edge caught & them he messed with it. I had one for a day. I hated it. I found (b/c of my fingernails) I couldn't hit the left edge. It was also too big & bulky for my pocket.

My DD 22 just got one for her iPhone 5 and returned it. She said while it does protect against water and such, it muffled the sound so much she had problems hearing callers. Also the area over the screen isn't taut and made space between the case and phone, making it harder to use the screen. Salesman said if it is dropped at an angle, phone will break. Too many issues for the price in her mind. She returned it for another, thinking maybe hers was defective, but same problem in new one, so that one went back too. Probably good for kids, she said, but not for her.
