We're about 4.5 hours North in Syracuse. We own at AKV. My partner is actually down in Florida right now (he took some of his family on vacation).

I travel to NYC about 4 times a year for business, have a high school friend who works for Estee Lauder on Long Island who we see about once a year on a pleasure trip to NYC.

Did your DP tell you I saw him yesterday? He was walking through the lobby and just walked right past me without seeing me (in all fairness I didn't have glasses so he might not have recognized me). His BIL heard me calling him and waved him down though

Yes, he mentioned he saw you and felt bad he didn't have more opportunities to hang out with you.

As for not seeing you, you have to understand Chip, he's pretty oblivous to the world around him, which is yet another reason he shouldn't and doesn't drive.
