Any free games that can be downloaded to laptop

My DDs each got a laptop for Christmas which they are loving, but they both love games like diner dash, cake mania, etc. I know they can go to sites like pogo to play while they have a wifi connection, but is there anyway to download games like this (for free, or little cost) so they can play them when they do not have a wifi connection? They will be at MIL's a lot this week and will not have wifi.

I know if anyone knows, it's people on the DIS boards!

Amazon has a bunch of games on sale for 1.99 that you can download. I use it all the time, in fact you should be able to put the same game on each girls computer by using one account to buy the games.

thanks lastminutemom, I ordered a few games from there that I love. 1.99 is a great price. There were even a few games I found that were free! And you can download them on multiple computers, so an even better deal!

Yes, thank you very much! That's just what I was looking for - especially since you can download them on more than one computer!

I also ran across mostfun.com that says you can download games for free. Does anyone have any experience with that site?
