I have the Ultra which is the model that was available before the One.
I really like it. I considered the Flex because I like the thought of the waterproof wristband but I'm hesitant to give up stair counting. I often do a weekly challenge with myself to increase my stair climbing by one each day. I know I could just manually count them but that isn't as much fun.
I really don't have any interest in tracking my sleep.
I use MyFitnessPal.com to track food and the Fitbit integrates with it really well.
I have the Ultra also. I got mine right after Christmas. It took me a couple of months to really get motivated still, but that means I have seen a real increase in the last couple of weeks since I started walking an hour a day.
Its a real eye opener for someone who works at a computer to see that 80% of my day is inactive (including sleep because I haven't been keeping track of it). Wow!
I like that it helps me to have different goals. Right now I am aiming for 10K steps, 20 stairs, and to increase my "very active" time a little bit every day.
