Any February 23, 2003 cruisers out there?

Myself, DH and DS(14) are taking our first trip to DW. Staying at the CBR before going on the Wonder? Anyone else taking this cruise? We are all anxiously awaiting the trip and hoping the weather is warm as it is -10 at home

We (myself, DW & DD-9) are staying at Port Orleans then on to Wonder then back to CBR for 2 nites. We are in 2566. How about you?

Also can't wait to get out of the cold (5 today).

Are you taking Disney bus from CBR to the port? What time are you planning on leaving WDW?

The plans right now are to leave CBR early on Sunday morning and fit in Animal Kingdom before we leave for the boat. It sounds like we can catch a bus from Animal Kingdom right to the boat. We check our bags in the morning when we leave the resort and DCL takes care of the rest. My DH says the bus leaves Animal Kingdom at 12:00 so that we are at the boat by 1:00. Was telling DS about the people from Wisconsin - wants to know if you are Packer fans? Being from MN we are true Viking fans. Getting excited and starting to book our excursions.

We had thought about doing the same routine on Sun., but have decided to stay around the hotel until the bus departs around 11:30(?).

We are die hard Packer fans, so tell DS that there may be lots of trash talking throughout the cruise .


Which exursions are you planning on? We have been to Nassau on another cruise and just toured on our own. Don't know much about Freeport.

The excitement level is really starting to rise here.

Hard to believe that we are only 3 weeks away from the big trip. We are all getting excited and starting to make our packing lists, etc. We haven't made any plans yet for Nassau - have never been there so aren't really sure if we should book any excursions or just go out on our own? What is your opinion? Did you do anything when you went the last time? As for Freeport the DS is going to do the dolphin swim at 11:00 - no other things planned other than that. Have you had some snow lately - raining here right now but they have issued a storm warning due to the falling temps - I suppose it will be all ice by morning. Talk to you soon.

We did not do any excursions in Nassau, just walked around the square and shopped. Not planning anything this time either. Maybe just hair braids for DD.

Hard to believe that it is almost time to go - we are getting excited and have started the packing or at least getting things lined up. We are all hoping for warm and sunny weather. Another storm moving in tomorrow - it will be great not to see snow or have the cold weather. When do you arrive at WDW? Our flight leaves at 7:00 a.m. on the 20th and we should get in there around 11:00a.m. and then off to CBR. Sounds like DS wants to head to Epcot right away. Hoping that our room is ready so we can settle in before we head out to the parks. Talk to you soon and hope to meet you on the boat.

We are arriving at WDW on the 21st and are staying at POFQ. Just heard from our TA that we have been upgraded to a Cat. 6 room 5648 with verandah for the cruise. Do not know how or why, but certainly will not complain. Did you have any luck with the first time cruise credit? We are going to attempt to get one this weekend.

Less than a week to go. We are certainly ready after all of the cold weather that we have had here.

Congrats on the upgrade - we are hoping to do so once we get to port but it sounds like the ship is pretty full. We did talk to our TA and did get the ship board credit - yeah - a couple more
Bahama Mama's will be on the tab - even though we will not be staying close to each other still hope to meet up sometime - we need to do some Bret Favre bashing. HA!!!!
