Any Feb 5 Pirate and Princess Party goers out there?

Perhaps we can take over Frontierland for the parade????

Hey Dagny, do you have a favorite spot to watch the parade in Frontierland? There are 2 parades scheduled at 8:30 & 10:30. Which parade do you plan to see? We could claim a spot for the parade about a half hour before (or earlier) and then everyone can spend the time before the parade getting to know each other!

I'm staying at Pop, too! I've stayed there a couple of times before and really like it. I was in the 50s building both times.

You are unfamiliar with the Pirate & Princess Party? It's a special ticketed event at MK, much like MNSSHP and MVMCP. You can go to AllEarsNet to learn more about it: www.allearsnet.com. Last time I visited the sight, they had a link right on the homepage about the P&P Party. It sounds like fun - you should give it some thought.

Are you going to be at WDW on Feb. 3rd? Some of us Disboarders are meeting at Crockett's Tavern at Fort Wilderness at 8 p.m. that night. Look for the thread under "Dismeets" called "DisMeet at Crockett's Tavern". rer1972 is organizing it. Hope you can join us.

That works for me I am guessing we will watch both parades LOL... just a guess... I am really open to whichever. How about a spot in front of the country bear jamboree? that should make it easy to locate

Hey, y'all . We actually don't arrive until the 4th around noon, and we're there till Friday afternoon. I will be alone for the most part on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm planning on going on my own little photography "tour" at some point, but I would like to meet up with some of you if you're still there. Who will still be around on those days?

Thanks for the info on the party, wdwfanjon. I had looked it up over on allears after seeing this thread. I've done MVMCP several times, and the princess/pirate party sounds like fun. I probably won't do one this trip, though, unless there is one Wednesday night. I've stayed at Pop once before and I think I was in the '90s building. Maybe we can meet up at the food court at some point??

I will be wearing a white baseball cap with "Disneyland" on the front and a button with a lime green Mickey with "wdwfanjon" on it. Is there some way I will be able to recognize you?

Glad to be of assistance! I don't know the dates for the P&P Party, but AllEarsNet should have a listing to tell you if there is one Wednesday night.

I usually eat only breakfast at Pop, so we could meet then. I like to get an early start to get to the parks before they open. I expect that I will get breakfast at around 7:30. Please let me know if that would work for you.

Hey Krista.... most everyone in our group is leaving Tuesday. I will be there until Wednesday afternoon (flight leaves at 6:00 pm). Are you available on Sunday night, maybe we can hook up and do something then? MK is actually having EMH that night... are you up for that?

Well, everyone, herodrx1 and I looked for other DISsers at the LTT on Feb 5, but wouldn't you know that it was the fastest we were seated the entire trip? We tried to keep an eye open for anyone sporting the LGMH, but between the characters, kids, and DH's, we missed all of you. I hope that everyone had as great a time as we did! Maybe we can hook up next time! Did any of you find each other?
