I work in a pre school and teach a toddlers class, and do a lot of potty training classes..
The one thing I recommend to my parents is a Potette. portable potty..

I used one for my son. we travelled a lot when he was little, and this saved us many a soiled car seats.. This came to Australia , Canada and a couple of different states. and many miles of freeway..
The great thing about this.. is it folds flat.. and Im assuming that you will have a stroller, so therefore can neatly sit in the basket of the stroller without taking up room..
I found that when there was a long line, I could politely by pass it, find a quiet corner and let my son do his business, all without fuss , drama or accidents.. use a baby wipe to clean up , and then dispose of like a diaper..
I never used pull ups totally defeat the purpose of potty training..
Let him know that there are toilets all over
Disneyland and if he needs to go, all he has to do is ask.. We sometimes forget that children do not realize there are potties outside of the house.. something we adults and older children take for granted ..
Accidents happen and if you are calm about it , then he should be too.
Also you can postpone potty training until you get home.. being away and not in a familiar place can have a negative effect on any progress that you have made before you leave.
Some children get scared of the noise of the toilets flushing. Take a pad of post it notes and place over the sensor.. let him do his business and when all done , and leaving the stall take the post it note off.
Have a great trip and hope it all goes well for you and your son..
