I believe that the Swan & Dolphin offer discounts to teachers. Disney doesn't do any general discounts for teachers like they do for the military. Sometimes the teachers who are traveling with a student group (like a band that is performing in the MK parade) will get a deal on their room and ticket as a part of the entire group package.
