Any DIS Scrappers in NE MA or SNH?

Alright girls. I just checked Expedia and was able to get a room for the Radisson for Saturday night only. Should I book it? (I am referring to CKC of course)

Hurry with a response!!!

Hrm ... I think it ends Saturday though so I'm not sure I'd want to stay over Saturday night ... anyone else online and out there want to weigh in?

No, the night that you would want would be Friday night. Not as much of an advantage to staying over Saturday night.

I am SOO looking forward to Friday. For once, I'm home alone for a chunk of today so I'm going to try to get my scrapping organized and packed up. Wish me luck.

Anyone planning to go to CK Manchester this year? I looked today and they have the class schedules up! And yes, there are a couple of Disney classes listed. A round Disney book and a Disney layouts class. As usual though, the two that most caught my eye are at the same time. Argh.

So glad you'll be joining us, Joy! In answer to your question - yes, I'm definitely planning on CKC this year and I think most of us are planning on going up for at least part of the time.

I just went and looked for the class schedule, but it's linking me to the classes for CKC Portland. Their website STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! And there is no info anywhere on when registration actually opens.

Hi everyone! I won't be cropping on Friday night because I have my "other" scrap group's Christmas party (got snowed out last month). It's in Wilmington, so I was planning on stopping by to visit afterward.

I'm definitely planning on going to CKC. I'll have to check out the class listings. Although I'm sure registration will be while I'm gone, so I'll be stuck taking "Scrapbook Essentials Using Yarn and Construction Paper" because all of the good classes are filled.

So tell one of us what you want to sign up for and we'll work something out. Come on, you know we will.

Can I get a sign up buddy too? Looks like registration is Feb 11, and I will be away.

Classes are finally up tonight! Now I'll spend the next few days obsessing over them!

You can definately get a sign up buddy :-) I'm off to check out the class lists.

I started to look through the class lists. Some of them look pretty interesting. I'll try to narrow down the ones I like by tomorrow night so that I can let my signup buddy know which ones I want! :flower3:

I've been doing the same thing this morning at work ... I think I've narrowed the list down now, but I need to figure out which times and things like that.

What's everyone thinking classes on Friday and Saturday or only one day if we can't get a room somewhere?

I'm still going to go both days regardless - this is my annual tradition and I like it too much to cut it short. I will likely stay with my family if we don't get a room elsewhere, but I am open to the possibility of a room at a different hotel if we want to think about that.

I still haven't made it all the way through the class list (too much else going on) but already there are tons that interest me. I will have a hard time narrowing it down.

I wrote my list of classes down today. There are a lot. I was thinking about only going on Sat. but I see that the Disney class is only on Friday. I don't think I can do both days.

What days is everybody thinking about going?

I was also thinking of going both friday and saturday and would be up for getting a hotel room near by. My class list is quite long as well ... but I've already cut it down a little bit.

I went to the "yardsale" today and want to say thank you to everyone who sold their stuff so I could buy some of it. Hopefully I will eventually be able to join you guys for a crop.

Well thanks for buying it - my overcrowded scrap room thanks you also!!

Ryan - did you end up "working" the yardsale? Any idea how I did?

Yup I did work the yardsale. I know all of your carts sold ... not sure about the rest of it though ...

Okay ladies ... we need to talk about class choices. has anyone narrowed down their list?
