Any details available about the little girl that was molested on the Dream?

I just heard about it and couldnt find any details about how it happened. Where was she and what were the circumstances? As a parent, I would like to know so I can keep my child safe.

Cruise ships are no different than hotels, resorts of any kind. Unfortunately, I have seen young children roaming halls and elevators unsupervised at WDW resorts as well. Seems like people mistakedly "let their guard down" when they are on vacation. As we know, children can be taken or assaulted in a second and are vulnerable. VERY SAD to read this story for this 11 year old.
