If you book with Getaway travel now and they add a deal can you still take advantage?

Getawaytoday will charge you a change fee (unless you did their protection plan). I would expect something to be released on Monday. The resort hotels are showing a getaway rate for Jan-April but the CM at booking is reporting it's not supposed to be announced until Monday.

Confirming that if you call they "officially" don't know about the new getaway rate.

She asked me where I heard about a getaway rate for the beginning of next year. I told her "a friend booked it online and mentioned I might want to look into it".

She said they had indeed received the information on it to brush up, but she couldn't book it until it went official. She told me I could wait and call back one the promotion was officially announced maybe Monday since new promotions don't tend to start on weekends, but then she told me 2 or 3 times that there have been occasions where new promotions became available on weekends (so maybe she was hinting that might happen again this time or she just wanted to make sure I didn't miss out if it did)

She did say that if it is already online then you can book it that way, but they have to wait for it to go official to book through them on the phone!

I kept the secret Identity(ies) of all of my sources and the DIS!!!

It was pretty funny to hear her voice when she asked how I knew about that promotion when they just found out, LOL
