Any deals out there on LEGO Monster Fighters sets?

My nephew wants this series for Christmas and, even though I don't usually like LEGOs, I gotta admit it looks really cool! Of course he wants the castle and the train - the most expensive sets!

The Monster Fighters series is pretty cool. I haven't seen too many deals on them. I think the Lego store is doing a 2x VIP points through October 31. They also participate in ebates so you can get cash back.

This is a neat set...Target.com (NOT the b&m stores) have the vampyre castle for 80.75 online....if you have a red card you would get an extra 5% off and free ship! happy shopping and lucky nephew!

I just ordered DS the vampire castle. Used my red card and got the free ship and 5%, but also, there is a 7 off 70 coupon from the entertainment website. The train is my next purchase, so have to figure out that one. amazon has it for a good price, same as Target I think.

This weeks Target flyer has the vampire hearse on sale for $28. I'm planning on getting one for my son. He's really into Monster Fighters this year

Amazon has the castle for $80.75 (reg $99.99); train for $61.75 ($79.99); hearse for $28.00 ($34.99) this week, matching the Target prices.

Though the most expensive set is the Haunted House at $179.99. Maybe hide pictures of that one from your son.

Were you able to use that $7 off of $70 coupon through the entertainment book website? I tried a few different times, using my RedCard or using another credit card, but that $7 was never deducted.


Toys R Us has the Mummy set on sale for $11.24 (reg $14.99) today and tomorrow.
