. I am a Curves-a-holic also and it is the only program I have ever stuck with. I was wondering how I was going to fit in a workout but then I did think "Hey, I am on vacation." My plan is to walk a lot, maybe check out the gym, and take the stairs whenever possible.
Wow! Thanks for all the great responses! I'm going to check with the Curves staff tomorrow morning! This has been my first week back after a 3 week lay-off...I started the South Beach diet and had NO energy for 2 weeks. But I lost 10 lbs. so far and would like to drop a few more. I know I'll be OK with the diet on the ship but was concerned about the workout!
