Any Costcos in Florida carry the Wolf Gang Puck or McCormick gift cards?

Any local Costcos that I can find the Wolf Gang Puck or McCormick and Schmicks gift cards in stock? My local one told me that they are only for online purchase. Any in Florida that might have them? Thought I might pick up a few extra on my way down if they were to have them.

Don't know what state you are in but most of the locations in NJ have McCormick and Schmick in the warehouse. They just had a $5 instant rebate, so it was $74.99 for $100.
