I know they just did one on 4/13, but it was only 4 studios. Is that the normal? Any idea when another will be?

That it was only 5 studios is pretty normal, if you consider that studios are a minority of the CCV points and declaration is about what units they can put deeds against when points sell. There are 42 dedicated studios, and another 36 studios as part of lock-off 2BRs. The declaration was another 230k points, so that should be about 2 months of sales volume. The next declaration will likely occur in June.

(It was 2 dedicated studios and 3 lock-off 2BRs in the 4/13 declaration.)

Yes sorry you are correct. Okay that all makes sense. Thank you for all the info. Last question, when they do open more up is it for that current month and on for booking?
