Boy, do I love that store! Such a fun place to get inexpensive seasonal decorating items, as well as general "stuff".

I've been married for 20 years, and still had the glasses...well, FOUR of them...from my shower, as well as various other glasses (ie, Disney). Monday, I bought a set of 30 glasses (3 sizes) at TCTS store for $15! One already fell to the floor, and didn't break!

Trouble is, I go in there to "browse" and never leave without something!

Don't you just love a bargain? :teeth:

(Geez, that picture is big. )

My mother is a Xmas tree shop Freak.

she has all this stuff in her house from that place - but she never takes the price tag off. (don't ask why.)

well my brother and I will turn it into a game.

Example - we're on the back deck having a cigarette (we are both grown and moved out of the house.)
Me - Bird house in the garden.
Him - definetly from Xmas tree shop
Me - 3.99
Him - 6.99.
both of us - DEAL

then we sprint out to 'whatever' object and turn it over. Sure enough - my brother was right. heheheh

we did this during easter dinner - the bowl the centerpiece was in was 3.99. heheheh

Oh, that's so funny. I took a rooster picture off the porch wall recently...Christmas Tree Shop, $1.29.

Yeah, we're classy decorators! LOL

We don't have one around here, not that I'm aware of.

Oh...and the only window pane I ever heard of was the kind that caused hallucinations!

 LOL Dan! I'm worse at pictures that I am at packing! LOL

Just before Christmas, I went to visit my sister, she took me there. I wish we had one by us. Great store.

don'tchajustloveabargin? My former ceramic teacher's Aunt was in one of their commercials... those are "real" people, not actors, in their commercials... I'm hoping they'll open a store where the old Ames store used to be in Franklin!!!!

Jeanny...Uxbridge!! Have I spent A LOT of time at The Hab!

Some of those commercials are pretty funny. I look forward to their new ads coming out, always on a Thursday in the Providence Journal. Just discovered that if you look at TCTS website, it tells you when the new ad is coming out.

Yes...I am an addict. ::yes::

I love the store so much I used to drive 2 hours away to the closest one to me in Albany a couple of times a year. Thank God that they're building one here in Syracuse that is opening this fall. Woohoo!!!

I've seen their advertisements and think they look awesome, but there are none nearby that I know of.

The Orange, CT store is not 5 minutes from my house. DH complains that the only time I ever want to go is on the weekends, when there are literal busloads of people in the store. He always says, "Any night of the week we could come here and you always want to go on Saturday. Are you crazy woman??!!"

And I smile and say, very quietly, "dontchajustluvabargain?"

I was in the store once and couldn't believe all the seniors in the place until it was time to leave and the bus was parked outside waiting for them all.
I guess they come by the busloads(literally) to get thier bargains.

I can't go to that store without popping into AC Moores to spend more money.:D
